Our Philosophy

Eighteen years in Japanese kitchens — Tokyo and Seoul's finest sushi counters — taught us one thing: honest ingredients.
Every dawn, we walk Yeonan Pier and the Noryangjin auction and pick the best of the catch with our own eyes.
No grand descriptions. Just the true flavor of the season, one piece at a time, for our Songdo neighbors.

Reservations Only

Courses are prepared to order, so we can prep the fish properly and age it for exactly the right amount of time. Walk-ins are welcome for à la carte small plates when seats are open.

Easy On-Site Parking

Comfortable parking on basement levels 1–2. Diners get 3 hours of free parking validation, on us.

Private Rooms

Sound-insulated private rooms for 4 to 10 guests — good for quiet conversation, business dinners, and family gatherings. (Please call ahead.)

Full refunds and free date changes up to 2 days before your reservation. Cancellations the day before are refunded at 50%; same-day cancellations are non-refundable, as ingredients are already prepped.

We confirm and prep the day's ingredients every morning. If a party doesn't show without notice, the deposit is forfeited to cover the prepared ingredients.

Of course. Note it in the requests field when you book, or call us at least a day ahead, and we'll prepare a seasonal substitute you'll enjoy just as much.

The building's underground garage is free for diners for up to 3 hours. We don't offer valet, but the ramps are wide and easy — comfortable even for new drivers.
